SeyMotion is a compact and affordable liquid handling platform especially designed to relieve the burden of routine manual pipetting tasks for (academic) research applications. It is equipped with Seyonics unique Sensor Controlled Pipetting Technology that allows precise monitoring of the liquid handling process. The platform is controlled via an iPad® user interface that permits quick and easy definition of experimental protocols without requiring robotic experience.

The iPad® application allows to control the SeyMotion pipetting platform in an easy and intuitive way. Across four main screens you will be able to:
- Initiate a new assay or load an existing one.
- Indicate your deck configuration; the type of liquid you will handle and the consumables you will work with.
- Prepare your assay logic using high level steps.
- Visualize the result of your assay and launch the execution of your work.

This application is dedicated to lab workers to get their daily routine jobs done in a quick and easy manner, without the need to define complex experimental protocols or special programming skills. The SeyMotion App presents a number of standard protocols that can be easily combined into advanced analytical assays at your fingertips.

MAIN EXISTING PROTOCOLS:
- Reagent addition
- Serial Dilution
- Linear Dilution
- Plate replication
- Tube to tube operation

OTHER FEATURES:
- Offline mode: Prepare your assay at home or in the bus and synchronize it with the SeyMotion later
- Several communication modes: Use the SeyMotion own WiFi network or use your local network to control the robot from a distance.
- Assay log: Allows for complete traceability of the work executed. Get a complete comprehensive list of the commands executed by the SeyMotion during your assay. Get the confirmation that every operation was successful.
- Simulation mode: Visualize theoretical well values and composition at the completion of your assay. Analyze statistics of assay duration, reagent and tip consumption, …
